Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on LinkPay. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone — buyers, sellers, organizations and organization staff. Terms defined there have the same meaning here.

Content is screened before it can be delivered, and may be reviewed by a person. All content is subject to removal if it breaches this policy.

A breach of this policy is a serious breach of our Terms. We may respond by:

• removing content, or disabling a payment link;
• issuing a warning;
• suspending or permanently terminating an account;
• withholding funds pending investigation;
• reporting to law enforcement where we believe the law has been broken;
• taking legal action, including to recover costs.

Repeated or severe breaches result in a permanent ban. For the most serious categories below, there is no warning and no second chance.

You may not upload, sell, distribute, or link to content that shows, promotes, advertises, or refers to any of the following. This applies to real, simulated, implied, drawn, and AI-generated depictions alike.

• Child sexual abuse material, and anything adjacent to it. Anyone under 18, anyone implied or roleplayed to be under 18, anyone who appears to be under 18, and any content created in the presence of a minor. We have zero tolerance for this. It is removed immediately, the account is banned, and it is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
• Non-consensual acts. Rape, sexual assault, coercion, molestation; incapacitation by drink, drugs or any other substance; sleep, unconsciousness, hypnosis or mind control; kidnapping, capture or abduction; trafficking or exploitation; necrophilia; asphyxiation, strangulation or suffocation.
• Deepfakes and non-consensual synthetic media. Any generated or manipulated depiction of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent.
• Incest, including incestuous themes and roleplay.
• Animal abuse. Sexual contact with animals, and cruelty, violence or harm toward animals.
• Sexual solicitation. Offering, selling or promoting escort services, prostitution, or meeting in person for sexual services.
• Violence. Threats of violence; depictions of murder, torture, mutilation, lynching, snuff or cannibalism.
• Suicide and self-harm. Encouraging, promoting or instructing it. If you or someone you know is in danger, please seek help immediately — in the US, call or text 988; in Canada, call 988.
• Terrorism, violent extremism, and hate groups, including promoting them or their leaders.
• Hateful content that promotes hatred or discrimination against people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
• Bullying, abuse and harassment. Unwanted sexual advances; intimidation; threatening or humiliating anyone, and in particular anyone under 18.
• Illegal activity and regulated goods. Consumption of illegal drugs; selling or promoting weapons, ammunition, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, controlled or prescription-only substances, live animals or animal parts, weight-loss products, or cosmetic procedures.
• Bodily fluids — urine, faeces, real blood, and menstruation, in a sexual context.
• Public nudity recorded or broadcast anywhere it is illegal.
• Private information. Publishing, or threatening to publish, someone’s home address, phone number, medical records, financial details, or anything else reasonably considered private.
• Infringement. Content that breaches someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, or that defames them.
• Scams and fraud. Deceiving people out of money or information; impersonation; misrepresenting who you are, what you are selling, or what someone will receive; posting from a hacked account.

Everyone appearing in content must be a verified adult who consented. You must hold documentation proving it — see the 18 U.S.C. §2257 Notice.

LinkPay has surfaces anyone can see without paying, and they have a stricter standard than content behind a purchase.

Adult content is always locked. Anything public must be safe for work. That means:

• your avatar and banner, which appear on a profile indexed by search engines;
• your public profile gallery;
• any item you mark as a preview on a payment link, which is visible to anyone holding the link before they pay;
• your handle, display name and bio, which must not contain sexually explicit or prohibited terms.

This is enforced by the system, not just stated here: content classified as adult cannot be attached to a public surface. Do not attempt to route it onto one, and do not use a preview to advertise what is locked in a way that would itself breach this policy.

When using LinkPay, you must not:

• share, resell, rent, transfer or publicly post content you obtained through LinkPay, or share your account so someone else can view it;
• advertise LinkPay, or content sold through it, in a way that presents it as offering or promoting sexual services;
• fail to disclose that content is AI-generated, where it is;
• expose anyone under 18 to adult content, or use LinkPay in any way that exploits or harms a minor;
• impersonate LinkPay, our staff, another user, or anyone else, or falsely suggest an affiliation or endorsement;
• post spam, or content designed to inflate views, purchases or engagement artificially;
• use codewords, alternative spellings or other signals to get around this policy — attempting to evade it is itself a breach;
• introduce malware, or upload files that are harmful or corrupted;
• reverse-engineer or decompile the platform, exploit bugs to obtain access you should not have, or scrape it with automated tools without our written consent;
• interfere with the platform’s operation or security, or with anyone else’s use of it;
• use our name, logo or branding except as our Terms permit;
• promote third-party commercial offers, contests or advertising through LinkPay without our consent.

If you see something that breaches this policy, report it — see Content Moderation, Reporting and Removal. Copyright matters go through the DMCA Notice. If content shows you without your consent, there is a dedicated removal route in the same document.

To report suspected child sexual abuse material, contact us immediately at [2257@linkpay.co]. Please do not download, copy, save, or forward the material — describe it and give us the link. Handling it can itself be an offence.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
