What is LinkPay?
LinkPay is a way to pay for something through a link. A seller creates a link for what they are selling and shares it. You open it, confirm your phone number or email with a quick code, pay, and get what you bought right away. It is a 1-click purchase, and the seller never sees your card details.
Is LinkPay safe to pay with?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and handled by established payment providers using industry-standard security. You pay in a couple of taps, and after that it is a 1-click purchase.
Is the seller verified?
Yes. Every seller on LinkPay has completed identity verification with a government ID before they can sell.
Is what I am buying checked?
Yes. Everything sold through LinkPay is moderated before it can go on sale.
I see a charge from SLUSHY. What is it?
That is a payment you made through a LinkPay link. LinkPay is a payment service powered by Slushy, so payments are billed under the Slushy name and show up as SLUSHY on your statement. It is charged once, at the time you paid. If you do not recognize it, email support@linkpay.co and we will help you sort it out.
Does LinkPay store my card details?
No. Card data is captured and handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. LinkPay never stores your full card number, and the person you are paying never sees it.
Was I charged more than once?
No. LinkPay charges once, at the moment you complete a payment, and it shows up as a single SLUSHY line. If you see anything unexpected on your statement, contact support@linkpay.co right away.
Can I get a receipt or a refund?
Yes. Just reach out: email support@linkpay.co with the date and amount and we will help with receipts or any refund questions.
