Some links sell a live video call. Pick a time that suits you and pay. The slot is then yours and nobody else can book it.
We email you a calendar invite with the link to the call, and a reminder shortly before it starts. The call runs in your browser. There is nothing to install.
Your money is held until the call happens
The seller is not paid when you book. If they turn the booking down, or the call cannot go ahead because they do not turn up, you are refunded automatically.
Moving or cancelling it
You can move your booking to another time, or cancel it. The seller cannot do either on your behalf. How far in advance each has to happen is set by the seller, and the exact rules are shown on the link before you pay.
Bringing guests
If the seller allows guests, you get one invite link to share. Seats go to whoever accepts first, and your own place is always reserved. A full room can never lock out the person who paid.
Tips and extra time
You can tip during a call, on your own card. Extra time costs nothing: the seller is the one who adds it, and there is no charge for it.
Calls are recorded
Every call is recorded, and you are told so before you join. This is a compliance requirement rather than a feature. The recording is not content and is not shared.
