By default we take 25% of a sale, so you keep 75%. The fee comes off before anything is distributed, and every sale in your dashboard shows what it was.
Your share lands in your balance and becomes available to withdraw after a 30-day hold, including tips. The hold is what covers refunds and chargebacks.
Two things have to be in place before we can send you money: a tax document (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E) and a payout account. You can earn without them, and your balance builds up either way, but nothing can be paid out until both are done. This is the most common reason a payout is stuck.
Tips and extra minutes during a video call are yours in full, less the platform fee.
